ORDE Financial strengthens NSW team with appointment of Claire Byrne

ORDE Financial has appointed Claire Byrne as Senior Business Development Manager for NSW, supporting brokers as lending needs become more complex in a growing market.

Claire brings more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, including over a decade in non-bank property lending. Her expertise spans commercial lending, SMSF lending and Alt Doc, positioning her to help brokers with a wide range of scenarios.

According to Claire: ‘Over the past few years especially, the NSW/ACT lending markets have grown and diversified, and brokers are seeing a broader mix of deals – from commercial to SMSF and Alt‑Doc.

‘The best part of my role is making complex lending feel straightforward, staying close to brokers and helping their clients achieve their goals.

‘I’m excited to join the team and the growing Sydney office,’ Claire added.
