Craig Meale named Best Non-Bank BDM at the AMA

We’re thrilled to share that Craig Meale has been named Best Non-Bank BDM at the 2025 Australian Mortgage Awards.

This is a well-earned recognition for someone who’s made a lasting impact on brokers, colleagues and the industry alike.

For many NSW brokers, Craig is the first person they meet from ORDE. The one who listens, workshops and gets things moving. His approach is grounded in genuine partnership: being accessible, responsive and deeply attuned to what brokers need to succeed.

But it’s the way he does it that stands out. As one broker put it:

He’s also played a quiet but powerful role in shaping ORDE’s Distribution team culture, mentoring others and modelling the kind of broker-first mindset that defines our business.
