ORDE Financial Appoints Three New State Managers to Boost Nationwide Support for Brokers

Thursday 3 October 2024 - Australian non-bank lender ORDE Financial has appointed three state managers, as part of its ongoing commitment to providing brokers across the country with exceptional service. 

All three have been promoted from within ORDE’s national Distribution team, with Dianne Robinson overseeing Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia; Pasquale Caia leading the team for Victoria and Tasmania; and Peter Burkhart managing ORDE’s New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory team.

Dianne, Pasquale and Peter bring an immense depth of knowledge to their roles, each having over 20 years of experience in the third-party lending space.

As state managers, they will be responsible for working with their teams to ensure that all brokers receive the same high standards of end-to-end service and support, including help with workshopping deals and submitting applications.

Dianne Robinson (State Manager for Queensland, SA, and WA)

Dianne has worked in the third-party space for the last 20 years, with 15 years specifically within non-bank lending. Prior to joining ORDE in April, she was Regional Manager for Queensland and New South Wales at RedZed, and spent eight years at Pepper Money, going from BDM to Regional Manager for Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Dianne’s top advice for brokers: “Call your ORDE BDM whenever you need expert support to reach a solution, especially if you’re new to non-bank lending. We provide the flexible product and policy options, industry knowledge, and direct access to credit to help you get you the answers you need.”

Pasquale Caia (State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania)

Pasquale has spent the last 20 years refining his skills within the third-party and non-bank sectors, including 10 years at Pepper Money. He joined ORDE Financial earlier this year, drawn by ORDE’s innovative approach to solution delivery and the opportunity to help educate brokers.

Peter Burkhart (State Manager for NSW and ACT)

Peter has over 25 years of financial services experience, including time spent in funding, credit and as a broker, giving him a holistic understanding of the third-party lending industry. His non-bank experience prior to joining ORDE in November 2022 included three years at RedZed, where he played a key role in supporting brokers across both Queensland and New South Wales.
