Borrower Story:

A self-employed client was looking to refinance a commercial property – comprising a restaurant, function room and offices – in a Category 2 major regional location. The goal was to access equity for essential business renovations, but traditional financials did not accurately reflect the applicant’s current trading position.

Working closely with the client's broker, ORDE was able to provide a flexible Commercial Alt Doc solution, using the most recent 6 months’ BAS to verify income. With no need for annual reviews or revaluations, and with full consideration given to the regional location, the loan was approved – enabling the client to move forward confidently with their business plans.
