ORDE’s EOFY Commercial Prime pricing supports lending reviews for business owners
Published in LendingCompanyon 20 April 2026

Around 14% of Australia’s workforce are owner‑managers, reflecting a shift in how income is earned. ORDE Financial has updated its Commercial Prime pricing to reflect changing market conditions.
Around one in eight working Australians runs their own business, reflecting growth in skilled and professional enterprises and increasingly complex income structures across the market. These trends are highlighted in ORDE’s Outlook Australia research with Bernard Salt AM.
As uncertainty persists, many business owners with business premises loans and commercial facilities are reassessing how their lending is structured. Increasingly, they’re turning to brokers for guidance on consolidation, freeing up cash flow and positioning for future growth.
In response, ORDE Financial has updated pricing across its Commercial Prime range, reflecting what brokers are seeing on the ground as they support a growing number of businesses and commercial property investors.
Commercial Prime pricing special – what’s included:
0.30% rate reduction across all LVRs
Applies to Commercial Prime Full Doc, Lease Doc and Alt Doc
Available on new applications submitted to 30 June 2026
The pricing update supports a wide range of commercial lending scenarios, while maintaining ORDE’s flexible income verification, simple processes and set and forget lending structures.
According to ORDE Financial Director of Distribution Lee Prior, listening closely to brokers is key as commercial lending evolves.
‘Brokers are right at the centre of these conversations, and our One Lending Team spends a lot of time listening to what they’re seeing on the ground,’ said Prior.
‘Commercial lending often comes down to resilience – helping businesses and commercial property investors make confident decisions, while supporting broker practices to protect and enhance their pipelines and partnerships. This change reflects a practical response to what brokers are dealing with day to day,’ Prior added.
